Building On The Line of Junction

These photograghs show an example of a (nearly) finished wall which involved us determining an exact line of a boundary, where a hedge existed, from historic and current title documents. We liaised with the neighbour to reach an agreement on the position, drafted a written agreement with drawings which was attached to the Registered Title of both properties. Before construction we dealt with service of Line of Junction notices and acted as agreed surveyor, under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996, for both sides. A schedule of condition was agreed and making good supervised after the works.
